Directions:

From Port Angeles:  Go west on highway 101, approximately 15 minutes west of Lake Cresent, take the first right, past the 113 highway junction, just before the Sol Duc bridge onto Rixon Road (look for the Sasquatch).

From Aberdeen:  North on 101, approximately 11 miles from Forks, turn left just after the second Sol Duc bridge, just before the turn off for Highway 113, onto Rixon Road (look for the Sasquatch)

Come toward the end of Rixon Road and turn right toward the yellow house to check in.  I'll meet you in the driveway!

Please don't believe the navigation from your smart phone.  It can send you on an unintended adventure!  Cell service can be spotty and we do not have signage along the highway.  Check your map before leaving a good cell service area.  We'll see you soon!

IMPORTANT UPDATE ON LAKE CRESCENT TRAVEL:  Lake Crescent Highway Rehab Project
Highway:
US 101 Region: Olympic County: Clallam
Contact: Olympic National Park; Penny Wagner, 360-565-3005
Description: Lake Crescent Highway Rehab Project. The National Park Service & Federal Highway Administration will rehabilitate 12 miles of Highway 101 around Lake Crescent and 4 miles of East Beach Road to address safety and long‐term maintenance issues.

Delays are not anticipated on Highway 101 until the week of July 17. At that point, travelers should start expecting half hour delays during weekday work hours, with potential short delays after-hours to accommodate alternating single lane traffic if necessary.

The project will continue through 2019.

To avoid this one may take highway 112 to 113 and then back to 101.  We are right at the 101/113 junction.
